On our last day of our road trip to Bandung, my friends drove us to Two Hands Full, a popular coffee shop serving breakfast and brunch for pretty decent prices. Inspired by their trips to Europe and Australia, the young owners are bringing a fresh new face to Bandung’s coffee and brunch culture.
When we arrived, the place was already busy and packed. But, the wait was definitely worth it. We ordered Big Brekky and Omega Lovers. The plates were amazingly presented with edible flowers. Everything tasted as good as it looked. Plus, the fruits were so fresh.
Big Brekky: Eggs, bacon, chorizo, roasted tomato, spinach, sauteed mushrooms & toasted sourdough.
Omega Lovers: Smoked salmon, capers, beetroot relish, poached eggs & dill cream cheese toast.
I loved the whole industrial and minimalistic vibes with the raw concrete, wood and bricks. That day, the weather was good to us and we stayed there for the longest time ever, indulging in sweet desserts. Each impressing us by both the taste and aesthetic.
Earl Grey Lavender Panna cotta (because I love anything with lavender): Tea infused panna cotta served with strawberry mousse, & fresh seasonal fruits.
Hotcake: Banana cake based hotcake, with blueberry coulis, fresh berries, walnut crumble & vanilla ice cream.
And that’s how you fall in love with a café.
