Copper Branch

Copper Branch always seemed to me like the kind of healthy pretentious place that’s so expensive, serving average food. But it couldn’t be further of the truth. A good friend of mine suggested us to give it a try. So yea, why not?

I was craving guacamole so I chose the Aztec bowl with basil olive oil dressing, sweet potato, corn and mango salsa, black beans, pumpkin seeds, guacamole, vegan sour cream, broccoli, beets, carrot, lettuce, organic sprouted mung beans in the biggest bowl size (of course). The whole thing was very filling and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and it was the perfect combination of all kind of textures, colors, tastes, from soft, sweet to crunchy, salty and crispy.

Another good option is the Mediterranio bowl with basil olive oil dressing, sun-dried tomatoes, green peppers, organic chia seeds, eggplant, zucchini, sweet potato, chickpeas, broccoli, beets, organic sprouted mung beans, carrot, lettuce, which was also out of dream.

Finally, the General Copper bowl came with shiitake mushroom General Tao, broccoli, fresh avocado, organic brown rice, sesame seeds, Sriracha coleslaw, Copper Branch General Copper sauce.

Everything was so good, and, the best thing is that it was all vegan! My next trip to Copper Branch will definitely be for their smoothies and waffles.
