Brunch is probably my favorite part of any day. It’s like the perfect time to relax and just enjoy your meal in company of loved ones or your lovely self. It always feels nice to find time to breathe a little bit in the midst of our hectic schedules.
This time, one of my best friend introduced me to the well-known L’Avenue on Mont-Royal ave. It seems to be very popular for tourists visiting Montreal, which I learned while waiting for more than half an hour to get in. The wait was worth it though.
I absolutely loved their potatoes which seems odd since it looks more like a side dish, but I assure you that it is amazing. The taste is not overwhelming, but perfectly balanced.
Their specialties are the benedictine eggs and they are truly delicious! Let’s not forget that the portion are pretty generous too.
